An Update to How You Log Into Best Companies Websites and Applications - 20th January, 2015

From tomorrow, the way you log into many websites and applications will be updated.

Currently, some people are able to use their first names to log in and other people use their email address. To make this process more coherent for all users (and to avoid any future confusion), we plan to update everybody’s account to use their email address as the user name.

This will mean that you will need to use your email address when logging in (as using your user name will no longer work):

** Please note this change will affect: Best Companies secure site, WIT, MC3, Comment Typing App, Scanning App and Zendesk. It will not affect your PC log in details, they will remain the same.**

This change will go ahead overnight tonight, so that when everyone comes to log in tomorrow morning it will expect everyone to use their email address.
