How do I see requests I'm CC'd on when I am not the requester or assignee?

As you are an Agent on Zendesk, you have to view your CC'd requests on your profile (rather than through a View).

To do this:

1. Click on your user picture in the top right hand corner and select View Profile Page

2. On your profile page, click on the dropdown underneath Tickets called 'Assigned Tickets'
3. Select CCs
• 
4. This then displays all the tickets where you are CC'd.
