How do I use the Zendesk mobile app?

You can use the Zendesk mobile app on Apple, Android and Windows phones.  The most important thing to point out though is you have to login with a Zendesk account, it does not support us using Best Companies website username and password.

You probably haven't got a Zendesk account unless you have logged-in to their support website and forums before, so please create an account with Zendesk by clicking here.

On completing this process and verifying your email address you should have an account with Zendesk.  Now use your phone to download the Zendesk App.

OK, now to login to the app you need your email address and password that you have signed up with just now.  Then for the URL enter innovation if you are in the Innovation department, or bestcompanies if you are in a different department.  This should log you and give you access to tickets on the move.
