MI Reports can now be requested from within the MC³ Portal. A new icon has been added to the top of the Managers bar on the left hand side to enable a report to be requested (see image below).
When you click on this new icon, a window will popup in the middle of the page like the one below:
Simply click on the Generate Report button to generate the report. If you don't want the scores to be included in the report, make sure that the Hide Scores check box is ticked.
Once the Generate Report button has been clicked, the popup window will then close. You will then receive an email containing a link to your report. This can take several minutes to come through.
You are free to continue using the MC³ Portal while you wait for your report to be generated. However, please do not log out or navigate to any page not within the Portal until you receive the email containing the link to your report.
Who can request a MI Report?
Anyone who has access to the MC³ Portal can request a MI Report, including BC Staff and clients. The managers that appear in the report will be based on the managers that the individual user can see; if they have access to all top-level managers, the entire management hierarchy will appear in the report; if they are linked to a specific manager, only the hierarchy from that manager downwards will be included.
