All emails generated on the staging sites (including password reset emails) are sent to the a BC Staging inbox, they shouldn't go directly to the person logged in for staging.
Why?
This is so that we can log in to staging as real client accounts without the worry of an email being sent to them by mistake.
What to do if you need an email from staging
if you need a copy of any emails please contact the support team and one of us can forward a copy to you.
