Desk Phones: How do I transfer a call to somebody's voice mail?

If you want to transfer a call to the voice mail for another person on our phone system follow these steps;

• When you are on the call press the transfer button shown here;

• Dial 7000 - the number for our voice mail system
• When the system answers press the # button followed by the extension number of the person you want to transfer the call to
• You should then hang up the phone
• If you don't hang up the phone right away the person being transferred won't hear the full voice mail greeting as it starts playing pretty quickly!
