If a client can not view an employment group level in WIT, it will be due to there being less than 6 responses in an employment group on that level. As a result, you may be asked to merge two employment groups from the level in question in order to make the groups visible.
In order to merge employment groups, you simply need to create a new parent employment group for the two groups you are merging, and place this in the level that is required to be made visible.
The attached script should be able to help you get started on merging employment groups.
Note that for consistency this needs to be repeated for any surveys that the client has entered for the same process. eg; Sunday Times List 2015, Accreditation 2015, BCI Survey 2015 would all need to be updated if the client has entered all three.
Don't forget to delete the employment group accreditation scores for the company survey (click here for more details about this).
