***Please note that the Upsell process can only be completed by a manager***
If you have a client that wants to "upsell" from their BCI Survey to the Accreditation Process, you can do so by following these steps:
- Open Back Office | Survey | Processes | Upsell Routines
- In the section Upsell an organisation to accreditation from IA select the BCI Survey, the company and the Accreditation Survey you wish to upsell them to.
- Select the legal status of the client.
- Add a note and click Go...
If the upsell has been completed successfully, you will see a message explaining that this has been completed, and that if there are ineligible employees in the BCI Survey, the headcounts for the Accreditation entry will need to be manually updated.

Now the Upsell routine has been run, you can run a routine to Copy the Eligible Employees across from the BCI Survey to the Accreditation entry.
