You may have seen the message below appear when you have just cancelled an order on the order details page.
This message is here to remind you that although you have cancelled the order, you need to be aware that if the order is for a survey registration, then you may need to adjust the survey status of the particular surveys in that order.
You will notice in Contact management that the survey status will remain as 'Active - In progress' after you have cancelled a survey order, but you may need to change this to 'Declined', 'Invalid Registration' or to whatever the reason to mark the survey as inactive following the company's order cancellation.
