Program Mitel Phone Buttons

To Program buttons on the Mitel hotdesk phones:

1. Login to the console
2. Navigate to the Multiline Set Key Assignment form
3. Find the required extension
4. In the table, click Change All Members
5. Program whichever options are required

For example, to set up a key for the yard barrier, you'd set up a User Speedcall - Private (which hides the number used on the phone) for 5503
