If your client has purchased the Pro Pack, the Factor scores in a Comparison Table can be filtered by employment groups. You can only view the scores in the Comparison Table for one employment group at a time. You can't compare scores across employment groups.
Top Level Employment Groups
- In order to view the factor scores by top level employment group, simply log into WIT as your client.
- Click on Comparison Tables and click on the factor you wish to view scores for.
- Once the table has loaded, click Filter in the menu at the bottom of the screen and then click Add/Remove.
- From the popup, select the employment group you wish to filter by and click Generate. The table will load for you and display factor scores for the employment group selected.
Lower Level Employment Groups
It is also possible to view the factor score comparison for lower level employment groups, but there is a slightly different approach to get to them.
- Whilst logged in to WIT as your client, click on the Comparison Tables option and this time click on the Overall button rather than an individual factor.
- Once the table has loaded, you can click on an employment group to drill down into the next level. Click into the level of employment group that you wish to see Comparison Scores for.
- From here select a Factor from the drop down list View More About A Factor, leave the "as a Comparison Table" option selected and click Go.
- Once the table has reloaded, click Filter in the menu at the bottom of the screen and then click Add/Remove.
- From the popup, select the employment group you wish to filter by and click Generate. The table will load for you and display factor scores for the employment group selected.
