If you already have full control over somebody's mailbox, you have access to their calendar.
To use this:
- Go into your calendar
- Under 'My Calendars', find the calendar you need to view and put a tick in the box beside the name
- The calendar will be shown in the calendar view
To grant access to your calendar:
- Go into your calendar
- Click Share Calendar
- Enter the person's name in the 'To...' box (or click To... and pick their name from the list)
- In Details, select what they need to see/do
- Click Send
- Click Yes
- When the other person has received the sharing email, they can click Open Calendar
Depending on what's required, you may also need to grant further permissions. The default is "Reviewer", which allows the person to open items but "Editor" may be more appropriate. To set this:
- In your calendar, click Calendar Permissions
- Select the person that you wish to grant permissions to
- Set the Permission Level to whatever is required using the drop-down and check boxes
- Click OK
