Back Office: Improved Logic for Mapping Employment Groups

The year on year employment group mapping logic in Back Office | Survey | Processes | Year-on-Year Employment Group Mapping has been made more efficient to use, as detailed below.

Consider the following employment group structures:

2014
HR -> Team A
HR -> Team B

2015
Human Resources -> Team A
Human Resources -> Team B

To map these employment groups for WIT previously it would have been necessary to create three mappings:

HR -> Human Resources
Team A -> Team A
Team B -> Team B

However this has all changed, as you can now select just the top level mapping, and the lower levels will be automatically mapped where there are matches.

This means that using the example above, when mapping the parent employment group HR -> Human Resources, the child employment groups will be automatically mapped to each other.
