Registration: Pro Pack and Plus Pack

You may have noticed that in the 2015 surveys the 'Demographic Data' has now been renamed to 'Plus Pack' and 'Sector Data' has been renamed to 'Pro Pack.'

This is to follow the changes made with the new 2016 project, it keeps everything consistent as we are still selling these packs for the 2015 process.
