Software: Why doesn't Excel display cell contents?

If Excel doesn't display the contents of a cell, it could be due to formatting. One way of fixing this is:

1. If all of the affected cells are in the same column(s) then try widening the column(s)
2. Select and right-click the affected cell(s)
3. Click Format Cells
4. Check the Alignment tab
5. If selected, turn off Wrap text
6. Check the Font tab
7. Change the font
8. Click OK
