Desk Phones: My Headset Doesn't Work

If your headset doesn't work, there are a few things that could be the cause:

1. The headset option isn't set on your phone (there's a headset icon on the top left of the phone display when headset mode is on)
2. The batteries are dead (if you frequently use your headset and it beeps when you start a call, that's an indicator that the batteries are running low)
3. The headset has been switched off on the amplifier - the first button on the amp should have a green indicator
4. The amplifier has been muted - the right-hand button on the amp should have no indicator set
