Updating/Cancelling an order
There may come a time when you need to update the status of an order or cancel it.
You can do this in back office by following these simple steps.
- Navigate to contact management and find the company with the order you wish to amend.
- In the Purchase History section find the correct order and click details
- At the bottom select the option to edit the order.
- After selecting Edit you will now be able to change the order status.
- After selecting the required options scroll down to the bottom add a note if required and click save.
