To add a new employee account for Pro-Ex staff you should create a normal account for the member of staff but then update the account type to 'Supported by Innovation'.
To do this:
- Create account in back office with an account type of Company Employee
- Run the attached SQL script
- Ask the user to log into b.co.uk. They should then be able to change their password using the 'Account Information' page.
