When a New Survey is created using the stored procedure prc_CreateNewSurvey, the catalogue items should be created based on the old survey that the new survey is being based upon.
In some instances this may not be the case, and for those times you can use the attached script to create the missing (or all) catalogue items.
All you need to do is enter the survey name you are retrieving the Catalogue Items from, the new survey name, and filter the item names or type that you would like to create.
